Specialized services for children are provided through the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program, Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation (DARS) for ages 0-3; Children with Special Health Care Needs at the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS); and EPSDT-CCP Private Duty Nursing and Therapies at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
